RECHARGEABLE & CASHLESS SKI PASS

Our rechargeable & cashless ski pass has an incorporated RFID/*NFC technology chip, which allows you to pay for our services by simply waving your pass and presenting it to our staff. Besides a ski pass, it also allows you to pay for any purchases you make without needing to carry a wallet.
You can top up your ski pass online by visiting our website or on your mobile phone. Check your remaining balance in the private zone of our website or by asking our staff at the points of purchase in ORDINO ARCALÍS ski restort.

HOW DOES THE CASHLESS SKI PASS WORK?

The ski pass incorporates a RFID/*NFC Technology chip and by placing it next to our payment devices you can pay by simply waving your ski pass.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY SKI PASS AND WHAT KIND OF CARDS ARE VALID?

You can collect your ski pass at the ticket sales booth in L’Hortell. There you will have to show your confirmation voucher.
If you have a season ski pass card with a WTP printed on the front, you can also charge it up.

IF I HAVE A RECHARGEABLE OR A SEASON PASS, HOW DO I REGISTER?

You can sign in at our website. Click here. You will need to type in the WTP code on the front of your ski pass.

WHICH CODE SHOULD I TYPE IN?

IT DOES NOT RECOGNISE MY CODE?

When you type in your WTP make sure you include all the letters and numbers. If you cannot top up your balance, contact our online sales department at arcalisonline@vallnord.com.

DOES THE BALANCE EXPIRE?

Yes. You can use it from December 1, 2017 until September 11, 2018.

HOW CAN I CHECK HOW MUCH BALANCE I HAVE LEFT ON MY SKI PASS?

You can check your remaining balance at the points of purchase in the ski resort and in the private zone of our website.

WHERE CAN I USE IT?

At the ticket sales booths, restaurants, rental shops and ski school in ORDINO ARCALÍS ski resort at the designated points of purchase.

CAN I USE IT AT OTHER SKI RESORTS?

No. It is only valid at ORDINO ARCALÍS ski resort.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY RECHARGE. HAS THE SKI PASS BEEN TOPPED UP?

Check whether the confirmation email is in your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us at arcalisonline@vallnord.com.

IS THERE A MINIUM RECHARGE AMOUNT?

Yes, you must top up your credit with at least € 5. You can top up online with multiples of € 5 and €1 0.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOOSE MY SKI PASS OR IT IS STOLEN?

Go to the customer care office so that we can block your old ski pass and issue a new one (€ 3 administrative fee).
We recommend that you take a photo of both the front and back of your ski pass. They contain the information required to block the pass if required, and to issue a new one.
