Ordino is a parish that has best managed to preserve and respect the natural environment. At 1,300 meters high, covering an area of 85 km2, where 33% of the land is forest, with a population of 4,000 inhabitants, the landscape is presented as a single value. No doubt, Ordino represents an example of integration in contemporary society in the countryside with a division of the territory formed by eight towns: Ordino Sornàs, Segudet, Ansalonga, Cortinada, Llorts, Arans and Serrat. In all, traditions and customs of rural life coexist with quality tourism designed for all the family.

The town of Ordino retains two of the most important in Andorra as part of the national heritage. La Casa Rossell who gave distinguished Antoni Fiter i Rossell, author of Manual Digest which collects uses and customs Andorra and Casa Areny-Plandolit.
