Arinsal

Arinsal returns to the Skyrunner Series calendar. July 30 is the date for the Skyrace Comapedrosa, a mountain competition over 21 kilometres with an accumulated ascent/descent of nearly 2,300 metres. The race, which finishes at the peak of Comapedrosa (2,942 m), forms part of the Inverse Grand Prix programme and also counts for rankings in the SkyRunner Spain-Andorra-Portugal National Series. A less demanding event also takes place on that same day: the Skyrace Arinsal, a 15-kilometre race that follows the same course as the Skyrace Comapedrosa, with the difference that, instead of crowning Comapedrosa, the runners reach the finish line by ascending the 2,748-metre Pic de les Fonts.
