The organisation of a basic ski race includes the following elements:
-     Preparation, booking and closing off of the ski/snowboard run for the group’s private use.
-     Laying out, safety measures, professional clothing and the promotional and advertising elements desired by the company (supplied by the company itself: banners, flags, etc.).
-     Stopwatches.
-     Controls and race personnel.
-     Start gate and banners for the start and finish (personalised, if supplied by the company).
-     Prize-giving podium and sound system.
